Keeping You Safe When We Travel
In response to the Covid-19 global pandemic, we have increased our safety measures for private tours and chauffeur travel. Please see below details of the procedures we have put in place for when we travel.
Symptomatic
We ask all guests who are showing any symptoms of Covid-19 or have tested positive to refrain from booking travel with Donegal Tour Guide. Guests will be asked this question prior to their trip.
Small Groups
When you choose private chauffeur travel, you are only travelling with members from your own party. Up to 6 passengers will be seated behind the driver.
Greeting each other
Unfortunately hand shaking will be avoided, but you can still be assured of a very warm welcome with Donegal Tour Guide.
Sanitization
All leather seats, arm rests and door handles will be thoroughly disinfected before and after each journey.
Distance From Driver
Back seat passengers are a safe 2 metre distance from the driver in the Mercedes V-Class Minivan.
Face Coverings
Face coverings will be recommended when staying 2 metres apart from people is not possible e.g. at attractions.
Hand Sanitizer
Hand sanitizer will be available in the vehicle for guests to use throughout their journey.
Contact Tracing
A list of all places visited will be recorded and a copy provided to the passengers should they require it.
